  • Maintain accurate records of fit sessions, sample approvals, specification changes, and product development history.
  • Develop, approve, and track samples for product development, pre-production, and production while meeting key deadlines.
  • Apply and maintain fit blocks to support consistent fit across styles and sizes.
  • Evaluate products throughout the fit and production process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Support cost and margin goals by ensuring technical specifications align with product design and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve fit, specification, and product development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in technical design, product development, or a related apparel industry role.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, fit, and apparel manufacturing processes.

  • Proficiency in technical design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CAD, PLM, and 3D software; Browzwear experience is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, especially in measurements, fit evaluations, technical specifications, and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Designers, Product Developers, vendors, and other partners to achieve shared product goals.
  • Experience with apparel product development and fit processes.
