BILT’s mission is to create an experience so enabling and empowering it turns users into promoters of the brands we serve. Our Global Brand Support Center is located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex between DFW airport and the Southlake Town Square.

Responsibilities

·       Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

·       Aligns scope of work and internal resource requirements

·       Track & manage project costs to meet budget & margin targets

·       Manage, and drive a detailed project schedule and work plan

·       Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, progress, risks, dependencies, etc.

·       Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution (Ex. Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards & practices, RACI methodology, etc.)

·       Measure & assess project performance to identify areas for improvement

·       Continual optimization & refinement of practices

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

·       1-3 years of project coordination and related experience

·       Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred (formal credentials and/or proven experience as a PM is required)

·       Proven ability to solve problems creatively

·       Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

·       Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

·       Excellent analytical skills

·       Demonstrated ability to handle a large # of projects simultaneously

·       Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

·       Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

·       Disciplined, organized, confident

·       Knowledge of 3D, animation, or CAD a plus

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

·       All BILT employees are brand ambassadors for BILT and will be required to participate weekly (sometimes daily) in social campaigns to assist with the promotion of BILT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, email, and various communication programs (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
