Job Description
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safe driving of company vehicles: (Mercedes Sprinter/ Dodge Pro-master/ Ford Transit)
  • Climb out of vehicle and walk up or down stairs as required in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand multiple hours a day and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Work with support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
  • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
  • Deliver packages in variable locations and stops
  • Load and unload products from company vehicles
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations
  • Operate handheld scanner (to record shipping and package information)
  • Maintain good professional work habits including: reporting to work on time and adhering to standard work and safety procedures
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid CA Drivers Licence
  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends
  • Must have knowledge of state driving laws
  • Must consent to drug screening and other review processes
  • No pre-employment THC testing!
  • Must be able to problem solve efficiently and on-the-fly while utilizing a handheld device
  • Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs repeatedly during a 10-hour work shift
  • Must be able to handle stressful workload and driving demands
  • Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during a 10-hour work shift
