We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent service and have a background in Automotive Service writing, weโ€™d love to meet you!

Job Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role is to ensure customers receive a superior service experience while managing their repair and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and confirm service details with customers
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
  • Prepare repair estimates, obtain approvals, and ensure proper documentation
  • Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on diagnostic reports
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repair and service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns
  • Process customer payments and handle warranties and claims
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and services to better assist customers
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associateโ€™s degree or higher is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and under pressure
  • Knowledge of automotive repair services and maintenance (preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers and service software (CRM experience is a plus)
  • A valid driverโ€™s license
