Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Admin Assistant Position in Rancho Cucamonga CA This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Admin Assistant while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

 

Perks: 

·       Shift Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

·       Weekly paycheck

·       Pay: $ 21.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

·       Check work on the computer for the employees (tooling, grinding, machining), using the blueprints, entering work orders

·       Order tooling that is needed in the organization

·       Withdraw tools from stocks if necessary and adjust system of quantities

·       Forward request for tooling and prints to Tool Room for review

·       Update and distribute Hot Job report on a daily basis

·       Collect tooling Green Sheets from departments, pull and attach blueprints, then forward sheets to Tool Room for review

·       Pull and fill blank tooling requisitions for Tool Room

·       Update and maintain system with cancellations approved by departments

 

Requirements

·       High school or GED

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
