What You Will Be Doing:

As a Territory Sales Representative for the Rental Pump Division, you will be an outside sales professional focused on securing and developing long-term relationships with customers in construction, industrial, municipal, and emergency service markets. You will identify and pursue short-term, seasonal, and nontraditional rental opportunities when profitable. With a primary focus on pump rentals and related solutions, you will promote all products and services within your assigned territory. Responsibilities include driving pump rental growth, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating closely with Rental Coordinators and other divisions to ensure seamless service and strong customer relationships. 

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Sales Associate will establish new rental and sales accounts for pump equipment in construction, industrial, municipal, and emergency services markets through phone calls and in-person visits. 
  • Identify and generate leads for pump rentals and accessories using sales and marketing tools. 
  • Re-engage lost or dormant accounts to drive new business opportunities. 
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and arrange payments. 
  • Maintain and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Perform administrative tasks including creating sales plans and preparing sales reports. 
  • Visit all customers regularly to promote pump rental solutions and identify new opportunities. 
              Additional Responsibilities:
              • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
              • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
              Who We Are Looking For:

              To succeed in this role, you should have prior sales experience and a strong understanding of pump rentals or related equipment. A competitive, self-driven attitude and the ability to identify opportunities in construction, industrial, and municipal markets are key. You should enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and working collaboratively in a team environment. 

              Education/Experience:
              • High school diploma or equivalent
              • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
              Required Qualifications/Skills:
              • Proficiency with computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic internet tools for quoting and tracking pump rentals. 
              • Ability to comprehend, speak, and write English clearly for customer communication and documentation. 
              • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a focus on technical discussions related to pump applications. 
              • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and time management, preferably within equipment or pump rental sales. 
              • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for customer visits and site inspections. 
                      Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
                      • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university or related equivalent experience preferred
                      • Knowledge of Spanish language preferable but not required.
