2027 Accelerated Development Program Associate

The Opportunity

The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a premier two-year commercial rotational experience that transforms high-potential associates into seasoned business professionals. Following an in-depth onboarding phase, participants move through three defined, eight-month rotations.

Our structured, commercially-focused career tracks prioritize rapid learning and speed to competency. Associates follow defined paths to tackle real-world challenges and core business projects under the direct supervision of department experts, ensuring every experience delivers both critical business value and targeted professional growth. Supported by a robust network of mentors and leaders, ADP Associates gain unparalleled organizational exposure and a comprehensive understanding of our commercial operations.

Program Highlights:

  • Structured Rotations: Intensive 2-year program featuring three 8-month rotations strategically selected based on critical business needs.

  • Accelerated Readiness: Fast-tracked development engineered for future leadership roles within the Roche Diagnostics commercial division.

  • Immersive Onboarding: "Welcome to Diagnostics"-an extensive onboarding process designed to develop meaningful cohort relationships and lay the foundation for success.

  • Professional Development: A comprehensive, shared business and personal development curriculum throughout the program.

  • Network: Consistent 1:1 mentorship, executive sponsorship and substantive opportunities to interact with senior leaders and real-life business scenarios.

  • Future Placement: During their final rotation, ADP Professionals may apply for any open positions at Roche for which they are qualified to seek full-time employment with Roche at the conclusion of the program.

  • Full-Time Benefits: ADP Associates are full-time, at-will Roche employees with complete benefit packages, including comprehensive healthcare, 401K with company match, etc.

  • Timeline: Program start date in July 2027.

Who You Are

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or STEM-related disciplines, with a required graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.

  • Academic & Professional Experience: Desired 3.0 GPA or higher, paired with relevant work experience (such as internships, co-ops, or part-time employment).

  • Mobility & Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche visa sponsorship, and must be fully geographically mobile (willing to travel and relocate nationwide upon program completion).

  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and analytical capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

  • Leadership Capabilities: Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate strong leadership potential. Leadership roles within student organizations or athletic teams are a strong plus.

  • Cultural Alignment: Compliments and enhances our culture, embodying the core standards that guide our daily behavior and decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.

  • Commercial Focus: Designed exclusively as a pipeline for commercial leadership and business strategy. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in direct customer-facing roles like Sales and Marketing, as well as commercial-adjacent support functions such as Pricing, Contracts, and Commercial Operations.

The expected salary for this position based on the primary location for this position in Indianapolis is $65,000 since the salary is fixed and not negotiable. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
