Our organization is in search of an interventional cardiologist to join a well-respected team known for delivering exceptional general and advanced cardiology services to a patient population nearing 300,000. The clinic is conveniently located within a medical office building that is directly connected to the hospital, facilitating easy access between the two facilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases, as well as congenital and structural heart conditions, utilizing catheter-based techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an MD or DO degree (or equivalent) and be eligible for a state medical license.
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in both General Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology is required.
  • Candidates must be board certified or eligible in General and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
  • All qualifications must be fulfilled by the time of appointment.

Benefits Overview:

  • Short-term disability coverage that pays 100% of the base salary for up to six months.
  • Attractive recruitment incentives with an initial multi-year contract.

Our facility is part of a larger health system, recognized as the leading provider of advanced specialty care in West Virginia and the only academic medical center in the state. Through a network of over twenty hospitals, five institutes, and numerous affiliates, we deliver comprehensive healthcare services across West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, Western Maryland, and Southwest Pennsylvania.

Community Highlights:
