This pivotal leadership role ensures the program remains relevant and aligned with Baker College's mission, objectives, and core values while fostering a student-centered academic environment. You will cultivate a culture of compliance, collaboration, and integrity among faculty and students, serve as a leader in nursing education matters, and partner closely with the academic dean and faculty to oversee program quality, curriculum assessment, instructional effectiveness, and the program's ongoing success and impact.Qualified candidates will hold a Master of Science degree in Nursing, with a Doctorate of Science in Nursing preferred.
