Job description

MDB Health Services is the largest healthcare provider in long-term care in Mississippi, offering medical and psychiatric services to nursing homes and assisted living residents. Additionally, we own and operate multiple Primary and Rural Health clinics throughout the region. With over 10 years of experience, we are known for consistently delivering high-quality care. As a clinician-owned and managed company, we value our staff, fostering a supportive work environment with low turnover.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in the Raymond clinic! This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Triage patients with care and confidence
โ€ข Collect lab samples (phlebotomy certification is a must!)
โ€ข Enter data accurately into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
โ€ข Coordinate with our front-desk team to keep things flowing
โ€ข Support our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
โ€ข 2+ years of LPN experience
โ€ข Active LPN license (required)
โ€ข Phlebotomy certification (required)
โ€ข BLS certification (preferred)
