Job description

Vidal Construction is looking for a reliable and hardworking Field Assistant to support our roofing, construction, and water mitigation teams. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable with physical work, enjoys learning new skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with water mitigation and restoration projects
  • Extract standing water and set up drying equipment
  • Assist with demolition and removal of water-damaged materials
  • Move furniture, contents, and materials as needed
  • Take job-site photos and assist with documentation
  • Assist with construction and general labor tasks
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
  • Assist with material pickups and deliveries
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
