Benefits Package Career Progression Professional Development As an Executive Assistant, you would be asked to assist Department Manager, Project Managers, Reconstruction Department, and all customers by handling tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities Perform fundamental daily tasks to assist the Reconstruction Team Assist Department Manager, and Project Managers in completing tasks to help move jobs toward completion Coordinate crew and job scheduling Perform detailed and accurate data entry Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements High school diploma/GED (preferred) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to drive safely Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law. Ability to perform variety of physical activities would be required. Some lifting (lift up to 25 pounds), sitting, standing, moving. Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
