This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technology. The position offers a consistent part-time schedule of 5 to 6 hours per day, providing an excellent opportunity for work-life balance. As an integral part of the team, you will help ensure smooth workflow by managing tickets, tracking equipment, and assisting with crew dispatch.

Responsibilities
  • Input and manage service tickets using Novara Flex software
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for various administrative tasks
  • Track and record employee timesheets accurately
  • Assist with posting and managing job board listings
