Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceAcknowledge, greet, and assist customers in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate fast in, fast out service for customersIdentify the needs and provide the appropriate level of assistance to the customerEffectively research and resolve customer complaints and conflicts

CommunicationEnsure that all reasonable directives from the Manager are carried out in a timely and accurate mannerCommunicate regularly with the Manager regarding inventory levels, employee progress, safety, procedures, and general yard efficiency
