The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the high net worth yacht segment, strong underwriting and brokerage knowledge, and a respected presence in the marine marketplace. This leader will partner closely with producers, account teams, and carriers to deliver best in class solutions for clients with complex yacht exposures while being directly accountable for revenue production and overall practice growth.

• Build and implement scalable processes, service model standards, and best practices across offices.
• Partner with Private Risk leadership to integrate yacht offerings into broader HNW risk portfolios.
Market Development & Carrier Management
• Serve as the primary relationship owner with yacht and marine carriers; negotiate terms, capacity, pricing, and specialty programs.
• Identify and cultivate new carrier relationships and alternative risk transfer opportunities.
• Track market trends, loss drivers, and product developments to maintain competitive differentiation.
Client & Producer Support
• Collaborate with Producers on new business strategies, complex placements, and renewals.
• Support the sales pipeline by attending client meetings, yacht surveys, and pre quote consultations as needed.
• Assist in designing tailored insurance solutions for UHNW clients, including large vessel and multi vessel programs.
Revenue & Growth Accountability
• Develop and manage a growth plan aligned with annual revenue goals.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive producer engagement and expand yacht market share.
• Identify cross sell opportunities within the firm's broader Private Risk offerings.
Technical Expertise
• Serve as the firm's senior technical specialist for yacht hull, P&I, crew coverage, navigational exposures, and contractual obligations.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to account teams to elevate yacht expertise company wide.
• Ensure technical accuracy, coverage integrity, and risk adequacy for all placements.
Thought Leadership & Brand Elevation
• Represent the firm at yacht shows, marine industry events, and UHNW community gatherings.
• Publish thought leadership and participate in speaking engagements to elevate brand visibility.
• Build relationships with key industry partners including yacht managers, surveyors, attorneys, and shipyards.

• Growth of the yacht/marine book of business and expansion of market share.
