JOB DESCRIPTION
The Triathlon Team Assistant supports the team, athletes and coach, on and off campus. providing essential support and ensuring smooth daily operations, contributing to the overall success of the team. This role involves assisting with practice (setup/breakdown, timing, video, etc) and logistical coordination for competition and events. The assistant will play a key part in fostering a positive and organized environment that promotes athletic development and team cohesion.
  • Attend practices and competitions: assist with timing, video, data collection, etc.
  • Assist with social media and community engagement.
  • Assist with travel planning and logistics: opportunity to travel with team to away competitions.
