What you will do:
Support the safe operation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wind turbines to maximize uptime and energy production.
Assist experienced technicians with scheduled maintenance, asset integrity inspections, and both minor and major repair work.
Perform basic troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, schematics, and SCADA systems to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Contribute to Balance of Plant (BOP) activities, including assisting with substation inspections, maintenance, and high voltage switching.
Follow established work plans and safety procedures, including electrical safety, working at heights, confined space, and control of hazardous energy.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders using systems such as Maximo, while ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks.
Actively participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and team collaboration to enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance.
