Job description

The Marketing & Graphic Designer develops proposals, presentations, marketing collateral and digital content that support business development, brand awareness and client engagement. This role collaborates with Market Leadership, strategic partners, and the marketing team to execute events, elevate showroom experiences and strengthen brand presence across our South Carolina markets. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position requires monthly travel to Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create proposals, presentations, sales tools and other marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate and execute co-branded events with MillerKnoll and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies, create engaging content and increase brand awareness.
  • Enhance our client experience and partner engagement within our showrooms.
  • Ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints by maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Assist Market Leadership in developing and executing marketing strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Partner with Market Leadership to plan and execute internal events that foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture.

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Interior Design is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with light graphic design experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
  • Familiarity with interactive content platforms like Ceros is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset for developing creative ideas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating engaging, brand-aligned marketing assets.
  • Experience executing events and brand initiatives, including client-facing and educational programs.
