About the Role:

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. They act as a key point of contact for employees and customers, resolving issues promptly and fostering a positive work environment. Ultimately, the role is essential in driving store performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting the growth and reputation of the grocery store within the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail or grocery store operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
