The
Receptionist/Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and vendors at Lifepoint Health's corporate office. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing professional and courteous service, and supporting various administrative and logistical functions that contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

Receptionist who excels in this role:
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome guests professionally and promptly.
- Manage visitors to sign in and notify appropriate staff of arrivals.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Meeting & Conference Support
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external events.
- Arrange catering and food vendors for meetings and conferences.
- Ensure meeting spaces are properly set up and maintained.
Mailroom & Office Logistics
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain inventory and records of mailroom supplies.
Executive & Vendor Coordination
- Assist executives with logistics such as rental car deliveries and travel arrangements.
- Communicate with building security regarding visitor access and any concerns.
- Support office operations including supply ordering, event setup, and general administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a High School Diploma required ; Associates Degree preferred with prior experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service preferred roles.
Additional requirements include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office equipment and multi-line phone system
