Lead process improvements, collaborating crossโ€‘functionally to boost systems, workflows, and operational efficiency. What Youโ€™ll Need to Succeed

Bring over a decade of Inland Marine claims expertise, including fiveโ€‘plus years leading teams and driving high performance. Demonstrate advanced skills in claims resolution, settlement practices, and technical procedures, consistently delivering timely, costโ€‘effective results. Exhibit strong business acumen, analytical decisionโ€‘making, and resilience, thriving in fastโ€‘paced environments and adapting to evolving challenges. Lead with emotional intelligence, fostering collaboration, providing meaningful coaching, and building strong relationships across teams and partners. Compensation

The base salary range is $166,000 โ€“ $194,000 (based on experience and location). This position is eligible for a bonus according to the applicable incentive plan.
