As a Security Officer Part Time in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests, employees, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate clearly, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring, reliable approach.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a retail location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site requirements.
  • Prepare accurate reports and communicate incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
