Full-time crater needed for first shift. 
Essential Functions:

  • Must effectively use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
  • Must be able to operate lifting devices including overhead hoist, electric parts picker, electric narrow aisle lift, and propane lift truck.
  • Responsible for checking parts and wholegoods orders to ensure accuracy and quality prior to completion of order.
  • Must be able to assemble parts into a complete subassembly.
  • Must be constantly alert to potential hazards and keep a safety awareness attitude.
  • Must work well with other people.  Must communicate well with co-workers and other departments.
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold conditions, indoors and outdoors.
  • Must have some clerical skills; reading part numbers, recording serial numbers, counting inventory, typing labels and entering information into a computer terminal.
  • Must be able to assist in loading and unloading trailers and tie or strap loads onto trucks and trailers, as needed.
  • May be responsible for the safe transport of finished tractors to the Transportation department from the Assembly Department.
