In the role of Senior Manager - Treasury Operations working in Milwaukee you will be part of the Global Treasury team.  This role provides leadership for the Company's global treasury operations across the Americas and EMEA/APAC.  The role is responsible for liquidity management, cash flow forecasting and optimizing financial flows to support the Company's operational and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily cash management activities, managing short- and medium-term liquidity needs, driving treasury transformation and Treasury Management System (TMS) efficiencies, and delivering actionable improvements in free cash flow and working capital. The role partners closely with Tax and Finance teams globally manage the intercompany financing structures and execute cash repatriation strategies.
This position reports to the Global Assistant Treasurer and works collaboratively both within Treasury and with various business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of activities. This role is also responsible for managing, coaching, and leading a team of three direct reports.
What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Manage day-to-day liquidity needs across the globe to minimize cash balances while meeting the funding needs of the business
  • Maintain global cash flow forecasts to support efficient borrowing and investment decisions, partnering with global Finance teams to gather inputs and analyze forecast variances
  • Manage the global bank account structure including the cash pool to mitigate foreign exchange risk while maximizing interest income
  • Ensures accurate reporting for global cash balances and cash forecasts
  • Maintain and optimize the global TMS to support global treasury operations and business objectives
  • Lead treasury integration and transformation efforts across the Americas and EMEA/APAC business units including onboarding new banks, TMS implementations, and banking partner rationalization
  • Identifies and supports implementation of working capital initiatives
  • Coordinates all intercompany cash movements, working closely with Legal, Tax, Accounting and local Finance teams to optimize cash balances; stays current on tax and legal issues related to cash movements
  • Negotiate and manage guarantees and lines of credit, ensure all treasury transactions are settled on time and at the appropriate market value, and oversee the confirmation and settlement of all derivative transactions globally
  • Support the Assistant Treasurer in delivering key corporate finance activities, including hurdle rate development, rating agency reporting, interest expense management and forecasting, and leverage calculation and analysis
  • Manage treasury compliance activities, including adherence to SOX controls, FBAR reporting requirements, and other applicable regulatory obligations
  • Oversee market data governance within the TMS to support the accurate valuation of derivative transactions
  • Foster the growth and development of team members to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline while supporting individual career aspirations


Key Ingredients:

  • You have a 4-year degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or CTP a plus
  • You have 7+ years of experience in global treasury, finance, bank back office, or other relevant analytical finance work in a complex, multinational environment
  • You have expertise in cash management and banking practices globally
  • You possess strong systems skills including experience with treasury management systems (including SWIFT network), bank portal systems and Excel.  Experience with SAP Treasury a plus
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment, and can gain commitment and coordinated action on projects or initiatives
  • You have the credibility to influence others and possess strategic thought leadership
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to assess situations and provide an objective, non-biased point of view

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$113,000.00 - $148,300.00 (posting salary range) + 20target short term incentive + $12,500 + 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
