A Day In The Life
The Senior Manager, Treasury Operations leads Treasury Operations for the enterprise, overseeing liquidity operations, cash management, banking operations, treasury systems, and operational excellence. The role combines operational leadership with technology, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement while partnering with the Treasurer and Assistant Treasury on liquidity and debt management activities.
As a Sr Mgr, Treasury Ops you will:
  • Treasury Operations
  • Lead Treasury Operations for the enterprise, including daily cash positioning, liquidity management, hedging activities, in-house bank administration, payment operations, and Treasury controls.
  • Own Treasury operational infrastructure including Treasury Management System (Reval) administration, bank account administration, ERP Treasury processes, KYC processes, signatory management and operational support.
  • Establish operational standards, service level expectations, and key performance indicators to ensure efficient, scalable, and well-controlled Treasury operations.
  • Drive continuous process improvement through automation, AI, analytics, Power BI, workflow redesign, and standardization through Treasury technology.
  • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, IT, and business units to deliver Treasury solutions and support enterprise initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, bank documentation, KYC, signatories, internal controls, and business continuity.
  • Lead operational transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
  • Develop strong banking relationships supporting operational Treasury services.
  • Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting
  • Responsible for the budget and forecast cycles for the in-house bank.
  • Support FP&A activities including liquidity forecasting and the consolidation of bank reporting.
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for performance reporting for senior leadership.
  • Partner with Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer on key operational initiatives.
  • Process Improvement and Technology Initiatives
  • Focus on treasury process improvement initiatives centered around automation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing and emerging technology solutions, automation tools, AI, and analytics to improve Treasury processes and decision-making.
  • Drive implementation and optimization of Treasury systems, banking technologies, and ERP integrations.
  • Champion continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate.
  • Business Partnership
  • Serve as the primary Treasury Operations business partner for Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Legal, IT, and operating companies.
  • Collaborate across Finance to improve Treasury processes, customer service, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting Treasury modernization and enterprise projects.
  • Compliance and Governance
  • Own Treasury operational policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
  • Oversee debt compliance reporting, bank reporting, operational risk, and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with banking agreements, Treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Confidentiality of Information
  • In this position, the associate has access to confidential and proprietary Company information and must maintain confidentiality/privacy for all materials.

What We Need From You
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, with degree in Accounting or Finance Req
  • MBA Pref
  • 10+ years treasury, corporate finance or banking Required
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Reval preferred), ERP platforms (D365 or similar), Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex treasury operations, technology initiatives, and process improvement.
  • Strong communication, executive presence, analytical skills, and change leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Treasury Operations associates while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and monitor performance across Treasury Operations.
  • Build cross-training and succession plans to reduce operational risk and strengthen organizational capability.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Upon Hire Preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)-AFP Upon Hire Preferred
