Responsibilities: This person is responsible for treasury operations, liquidity management, debt administration, lender relationships, bond program administration, working capital management, capital structure planning, and treasury-related accounting oversight. They will serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for CoBank and other financial institutions, ensuring sufficient liquidity to support company operations and strategic objectives. They will also be responsible for the oversight, analysis, and reconciliation of treasury-related balance sheet accounts, ensuring transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and investigated, and resolving unusual balances or discrepancies. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What You'll Do
  • Own and grow relationships with a defined group of key grower accounts in the Centralia trade area
  • Provide oversight of daily cash positioning, liquidity requirements, and short-term funding strategies.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity management activities to ensure adequate funding for operations and compliance with corporate liquidity objectives.
  • Oversee short-term and long-term cash forecasting.
  • Serve as primary relationship manager with CoBank and other financial institutions.
  • Coordinate lender reporting requirements.
  • Provide oversight for MFA's bond program.
  • Ensure compliance with bond program policies and applicable regulations.
  • Supervise personnel responsible for day-to-day bond administration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 5-7 years progressive accounting, audit, treasury, or finance experience required
  • Experience analyzing balance sheet accounts, performing account reconciliations, and evaluating financial statement relationships required.
  • Experience working with commercial lending relationships, debt agreements, treasury operations, or cash management preferred.
