Job description

  • Support daily cash management, cash positioning, and forecasting activities
  • Assist with bank account management, payments, liquidity, and reporting processes
  • Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close, treasury reporting, and audit/compliance requests
  • Design, build, and deploy Treasury and Cash Management automation solutions, including AI/Copilot agents, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance workflows
  • Ensure automated solutions are controlled, auditable, documented, and aligned with security and governance standards
  • Train end users and create documentation and playbooks for new tools and agents
  • Liaise between Treasury, IT, and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and solution designs
  • Support workflows, reports, and dashboards within the TMS and related treasury applications
  • Assist with TMS implementations, upgrades, integrations, and end-to-end SIT/UAT testing
  • Gather requirements, resolve issues, and prioritize enhancements with Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, and IT stakeholders
  • Provide subject-matter expertise, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for treasury process and system issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance with a demonstrated technology / systems focus
  • Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System, including testing and integration
  • Strong understanding of core treasury and cash management processes
  • Practical experience with SIT/UAT, requirements gathering, and functional documentation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio / AI agent creation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with ERP integrations and financial data flows
  • Knowledge of APIs, SQL, ISO 20022 / SWIFT messaging, and file-based bank integrations
  • Exposure to building and governing AI/Copilot agents or RPA solutions in an enterprise environment
