About the Role:


Ethos Health Group is seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a passion for neurological care and patient-centered medicine. This unique role combines advanced clinical practice with specialized neurodiagnostic testing to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment recommendations for patients recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), orthopedic injuries, and neurological conditions.

Position Overview


The APRN provides comprehensive patient evaluations, neurological assessments, neurodiagnostic testing, treatment planning, patient education, care coordination, performing intranasal PRP procedures, along with follow-up and ongoing patient support. This provider works collaboratively with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

This position is primarily based in our Tallahassee office, with travel to satellite locations 7-9 days per month, including:

  • Panama City, FL

  • Pensacola, FL

  • Lake City, Fl

  • Jacksonville, FL

Schedule:
  • FULL TIME Status from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM/ 4 days a week
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations related to traumatic brain injury
  • Perform and assist with in-office testing and intranasal PRP procedures
  • Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care aligned with Ethos TBI values
Qualifications:Required
  • Current unrestricted APRN license in the applicable state(s)

  • Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

  • Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)

  • Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

  • Experience performing patient examinations and injections

  • Proficiency with:

    • Electronic Health Records (EHR)

    • Google Workspace

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations

  • Ability to transport neurodiagnostic testing equipment when required


Preferred
  • Experience evaluating traumatic brain injuries (TBI)

  • Neurological assessment expertise

  • Orthopedic and musculoskeletal examination experience

  • Vestibular assessment experience

  • Neurodiagnostic testing experience

  • Regenerative medicine experience

  • Injection proficiency

  • Medical coding and clinical documentation experience

  • Multilingual abilities
