We’re searching for a talented and driven Superintendent to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Responsible for the leadership, oversight and management of onsite electrical superintendent / foremen
  • Job involves regular, short notice travel to work sites and providing onsite leadership, job reviews, quality control and safety walks and inspections
  • Assist/train foremen on job reviews to include initial, 25%, 50%,75% and closeout, plus cost to complete budgets and updates.
  • Interact with project managers to address critical needs for job sites to include manpower, material and equipment
  • Assist with the management of foremen and manpower to include regular reviews, projections and forecasting
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 15–20 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
  • Previous superintendent experience leading foremen and field crews on construction job sites
  • Extensive electrical expertise including new construction and remodel installations, job planning, blueprint reading, conduit installation, wiring, device termination, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to mentor and direct foremen and construction electricians
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and company leadership
  • Ability to efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials on job sites
    Experience with Procore preferred; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required with willingness to travel and work nights, weekends, and overtime
