You direct and delegate work to general staff members, while also maintaining proper staffing and cut/add labor as appropriate. You ensure each station is following standards for food safety, product quality, cleanliness, and stocking/organization.You'll work side by side with your team! You'll prepare sauces, dressings, meats, and vegetables for our restaurant locations while ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. We have a high standard for cleanliness and quality, so you'll need to follow instructions and protocols carefully and train and hold others accountable to do the same.As far as administrative tasks, you need to track the ongoing development of employee performance on shift, use store administrative/organizational tools such as Google Docs, Sheets and Gmail, and attend Team and Lab Leadership meetings.This is a high-volume production kitchen - be ready to do things like prepare and grill pounds of chicken for hours!
