This is a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales, client service, recruiting, coaching, and agency management. No prior insurance experience is required.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development covering every aspect of the businessโ€”from client acquisition and service to team leadership and agency operations. Our Manager in Training program prepares top performers for rapid advancement into leadership roles within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute all aspects of insurance agency sales, client service, and leadership operations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service

  • Educate individuals, families, and businesses on life insurance, supplemental benefits, and available coverage options

  • Recruit, interview, and identify high-potential candidates for future team roles
