Position – Maintenance Assistant
Location: Montello Care Center – Montello, WI (On-site)
Status: Seasonal Temporary - Summer through Fall
Schedule: Days - Monday - Friday with weekend availability when required - flexible schedule 20 hours per week

Job Summary:
The seasonal Maintenance Assistant supports our long-term care community during the summer and fall months. This temporary position assists with facility maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and can work independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Must be able to stand or walk in an 8-hour day.
  • Must be physically able to waist lift, push and/or pull maximum of 80 pounds and overhead lift a maximum of 50 pounds, with frequent waist lifting and overhead lifting, pushing and/or pulling of objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, squat or climb during an 8-hour day.
  • Must have valid driver's license with clear driving record.
