Maintenance Team Leader 

Location: Tillsonburg, ON

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing - Tier 1 OEM Supplier

Shift: Days (Mon-Thurs 6a-4p)

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule maintenance activities PM's order materials, supplies, spare parts.
  • Maintain inventory, prioritize tasks for maintenance staff
  • Assist in decision making and assist the Maintenance Manager in daily activities
  • Direct floor calls and act as back up for Maintenance Manager during absences
  • Assist to ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed
  • Assist to ensure team members receive training to correctly and safely operate equipment and machines
  • Ensure work areas are clean, neat and orderly
  • Directing and assisting team members to achieve work goals and objectives
  • Assist in team building, motivation and conflict resolution
  • Assist with implementation of new principles and practices
  • Assist with departmental meetings
  • All other relevant duties

Key Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Diploma and Recognized Trade License (Millwright or Electrician)
