Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Industry: Technology / Manufacturing

Location: Chantilly, VA

Assignment Type: Temporary (at least 2 weeks, potential to extend)

Pay: $40โ€“$45 / Hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Core hours are 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM. Onsite requirement Monday and Friday (100% onsite otherwise).

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a high-demand, global-facing environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving executive office.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting supporting senior leadership and coordinating across multiple time zones and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team
  • Manage complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and last-minute changes
  • Handle a high-volume executive inbox, prioritizing and drafting responses as appropriate
  • Coordinate meetings across global time zones, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Act as gatekeeper for scheduling and prioritize executive time effectively
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Liaise with internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications:
