Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Core hours are 9:00 AM โ 5:00 PM. Onsite requirement Monday and Friday (100% onsite otherwise).

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a high-demand, global-facing environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving executive office.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting supporting senior leadership and coordinating across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Manage complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and last-minute changes
- Handle a high-volume executive inbox, prioritizing and drafting responses as appropriate
- Coordinate meetings across global time zones, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Act as gatekeeper for scheduling and prioritize executive time effectively
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Liaise with internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners
- Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications:
- 3โ4+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
- Strong experience with international travel coordination
- Proven ability to manage high-volume email and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and travel platforms (e.g., Egencia)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
