Job description

Executive Assistant to the Bishop's Office is a shared position that supports the Chancellor and provides administrative support to the Bishop's Office. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information while coordinating correspondence, records, and office operations. Administrative duties includes phone triage, email support, copying, filing, and mail distribution. Other duties include working with paperwork for international priests, supporting liturgical/diocesan administrative activities, and backup coverage other administrative assistants in the office.
Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of executive assistant experience, knowledge of executive style correspondence and protocol with strong proofreading skills, demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to work independently.
This is a shared position which is 16 hours per week. We anticipate Monday and Thursday being the work days,
