Compensation: $3,000 monthly base plus commission
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager to support daily in-spa sales operations at our aesthetics and wellness location in Largo, Florida. This role focuses on client consultations, service education, and product recommendations within the spa.

The Sales Manager works on-site with scheduled guests and collaborates closely with clinical and front desk teams. This is a single-location role and does not involve travel.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with spa guests to discuss services and aesthetic goals

  • Explain treatment packages and skincare products in a clear and professional manner

  • Support revenue goals through upselling and cross-selling of skincare products and treatment packages only

  • Maintain positive relationships with new and returning clients

  • Coordinate with nurses, estheticians, and front desk staff to support smooth client flow
