Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and contribute to the efficient operation of our Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:
-Provides administrative support to Project managers and staff
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing notes, and data entry
- Assist project staff by preparing and /or typing memorandum, correspondence, and other technical document using different in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Utilize office software applications

Requirements:

-Knowledge of DOT requirements and reporting is PREFERRED.

- Experience in Construction is a MUST. 
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in office management software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat and professional attitude
