Job Title: Studio Project Manager
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 Annually
Location: Hybrid (2 days remote per week)
 
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Studio Project Manager to lead and continuously optimize our studio's project management systems, workflows, and schedules. You'll provide training, data-driven insights, and proactive oversight to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across all design disciplines. This role is pivotal in shaping how we manage projects as we grow, combining process excellence with hands-on support for project teams.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Implement, configure, and administer studio project management software
  • Design and maintain digital workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Train, support, and coach staff on effective use of PM platforms
  • Continuously evaluate and improve PM systems to align with studio needs and best practices
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules, including critical paths and dependencies
  • Provide project tracking, data insights, and resource allocation support to project leads
  • Monitor deadlines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and corrective actions
  • Standardize and maintain project documentation, templates, and tracking tools
  • Champion consistent adoption of digital tools across all design disciplines
  • Serve as the studio subject-matter expert for project management software and optimizations
  • Assist the management team in other duties as required
