We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers and field teams on active commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role designed to provide real exposure to project management and field operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with project coordination, schedules, and documentation
  • Support submittals, RFIs, and project tracking
  • Attend jobsite visits and observe field operations
  • Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Help track progress, photos, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Bluebeam a plus)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
