Assistant Controller

Job Summary

The Assistant Controller supports the financial health of our organization through accurate and timely reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day general ledger work. This hands-on role executes the core accounting cycle — general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, cost allocation across entities, payroll processing, and month-end close — while assisting with the development of Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements that strengthen the accounting function. • Experience with property management or ERP accounting software preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
