Job description

Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant, Director of Rehab (PTA or PT) to join our Milwaukee, WI Skilled Nursing Facility.

  • Salaried Role - Starting at $70,000 - Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview*
  • Prior Management experience preferred
As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with the Director to help oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a Continuing Care Rehab setting. You will co-manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Qualifications:
  • Current state licensure as a (PTA or PT)
  • Long Term Care Management experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
