Job Summary

The Senior Director Creative Services oversees the creative development and execution of game designs, bids, and marketing materials. The role is responsible for ensuring quality and adherence to industry best practices, leading the creative team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation and monitor industry trends to incorporate new technologies and concepts into the creative strategy.
  • Develop and implement a long-term creative vision that aligns with strategic goals and market demand.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and align creative solutions with business objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for creative projects, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the Creative Services budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team, implementing performance improvement plans where required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the lottery or gaming industry, with at least 5 years in game design.
