Your Impact

  • Develop aspirational social storytelling and narratives that drive brand affinity
  • Create bold, culturally relevant content ideas tailored to each social platform
  • Produce platform-specific formats including short-form video, carousels, static posts, and caption copy
  • Shape a unique look & feel and tone of voice for HOKA social channels
  • Translate brand and product campaigns into channel-specific stories
  • Maintain HOKA brand voice, visual identity, and goals in all content
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and production partners to execute high-quality content
  • Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends, identifying opportunities to align the brand with relevant moments and conversations
  • Go on set and work closely with directors and photographers to craft high-quality storytelling for motion and stills
  • Maintain an always-on mindset through social listening, competitor audits, and trend tracking

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in social media content, in an agency or in-house team
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas tailored to social platforms
  • Deep understanding of storytelling through visuals, motion, and copy
  • Passion for pushing craft and storytelling to the highest level of quality
  • Strong knowledge of all major social platforms, their creative formats, and best practices
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new approaches and pushing creative boundaries
  • Strong point of view on social media trends, culture, and platform shifts
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams and external agencies, providing clear direction and feedback
  • Insights into running culture and lifestyle trends, with the ability to connect those insights to meaningful creative ideas
