Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily, monthly, and annual account reconciliations, including bank, balance sheet, credit card, and ACH activity
  • Manage the monthly close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales and cash reporting and monthly financial statements
  • Classify and track cash receipts; provide oversight and problem-solving support for accounts receivable
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies; maintain fixed asset records
  • Work closely with operations, banking partners, vendors, customers, and internal leadership to keep financial processes running smoothly
  • Support multiple business units, including retail and property operations
  • Contribute to financial controls, procedures, and process improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (industry experience in construction, landscaping, manufacturing, distribution, or field-services is helpful but not required)
  • Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ComputerEase, QuickBooks, CounterPoint, or Renterra is a plus
  • A proactive, resourceful working style with the ability to take ownership and follow through
  • Interest in growing into a senior accounting leadership role
