Position Information
Position Title Fine Arts Event and Tech Assistant Department Office of Associate Dean - Humanities Responsibilities
Open Box Office and sell tickets at each event; maintain regular weekly hours (up to 19.5 hours per week); manage cash and online ticketing; coordinate details of each event with Theater Manager, write and post updates on social media, create and manage other promotional materials and marketing, manage email lists for PACE, assist Theater Manager with audio/video recordings, and event setup. Other duties of the same level and type. Frequent evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications
Must have a friendly demeanor, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups. Experience with social media platforms. Audio/Visual experience a plus.
