We are deeply committed to creating jobs and building community through manufacturing. We are looking for a executive / administrative assistant to support our CEO and management team. Ideal candidates possess an interest in design, real estate, architecture, manufacturing and sewn textiles along with strong communication and project management skills.

We are looking for someone with heaps of common sense and a passion for finding the right answer. If you have a "no task too small, or too large" mindset, and are eager to learn while assisting in various departments, we would love to hear how you can make our team better and our impact greater. Let's talk. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with project management - ensure completion of tasks as assigned to vendors and co-workers. Assist the CEO and management team with administrative, organizational and scheduling tasks.

Facilitate communication between intercompany teams and contractors. Coordinate and follow up with contractors, ensure projects are completed. Research various projects related to design, landscaping, real estate, marketing and production.

Experience and Skills: Strong eye for detail. Positive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication, research, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Motivated self-starter with an appreciation for home decor. Adaptable to any kind of situation & able to think outside the box to find creative solutions.
