ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Textile Designer, you'll create and edit repeating patterns and colorways for company orders, build compelling presentations for buyers and sales teams, and help keep our design library organized and accessible. This role calls for strong design fundamentals, a sharp eye for color and print, and the time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and/or edit repeating patterns and colorways for company orders
  • Collaborate and communicate extensively with design teams throughout the design process
  • Build presentations for buyers and sales teams
  • Organize and maintain a library of design files and presentations
  • Manage time effectively to stay on task and meet deadlines across concurrent projects

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience and training
  • Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop required
  • Solid fundamentals with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
