Status: Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Support: Assist with scheduling, answer teller staff questions, resolve errors, and ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Coach for Success: Provide guidance to teller staff and model excellent client service and cross-selling behaviors.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately and efficiently handle cash and check transactions and maintain a balanced drawer.
  • Build Relationships: Get to know clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized service.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Accurately process transactions while maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
  • Generate Leads: Identify client needs and seamlessly refer them to the appropriate banking professionals.
  • Educate & Protect: Clearly explain security measures, banking procedures, and product benefits to clients.
  • Solve Problems: Address customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and effective solutions.
  • Minimize Risk: Identify and prevent fraud while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum1 year of teller experience.
  • Supervisory/management experience preferred (6+ months).
  • Leadership ability with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Solid understanding of compliance and fraud detection.
  • Experienceaccurately balancinga cash drawer.
