Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team and work on a variety of projects that turn ideas into real-world places. If you enjoy solving problems, working with a team, and seeing your designs go from a concept on paper to something actually built, you'll fit right in.
We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of civil engineering experience who is eager to learn, contribute, and take on projects that keep every day a little different.
Job Duties
What You'll Do
  • Develop and prepare civil engineering plans, details, layouts, and construction documents.
  • Work on a variety of projects involving site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure.
  • Turn concepts and sketches into practical, buildable designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental professionals, and other team members.Communicate with clients, project managers, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
  • Assist with permitting, plan preparation, technical calculations, and project documentation.
  • Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering tools to develop and revise plans.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • 1-5 years of civil engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Someone who knows that good communication and teamwork are just as important as good engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and keep things moving.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • EIT certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Most importantly, someone who is dependable, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
