Your Role

  • Lead and Inspire: Support and mentor in-house professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover.
  • Win Work, Build Relationships: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo's commitment to integrity and partnership.
  • Deliver Excellence: Guide and expedite systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every client objective is metduring and beyond project completion.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement project safety plans, identify risks, and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetings, establish communication protocols, and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup, testing, commissioning, and training.
  • Grow People: Participate in annual performance reviews, mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
